[t2] misc package fixes / updates / new packages

bluez.patch:
There is a config file that can specify whether or not to turn on the
device on start so we should respect that config file.

dhcpcd.patch:
Update dhcpcd and add a dhcpcd.init file

firefox.patch:
If dbus is not installed then disable firefox otherwise leave it enabled.

iniparser.patch:
iniparser fixed their install for the makefile so use that instead of the
[O] things.

mkinitcpio.patch:
Update package to newer version.

mpcli.patch:
Update package to newer version.

mpd.patch:
Update package to newer version & fix compilation bugs.

mupdf.patch:
Update package to newer version.

nsxiv.patch:
New package for nsxiv (neo suckless x image viewer)

playerctl.patch:
New package for playerctl

tlp.patch:
New package for tlp (traffic light protocol).

waybar.patch:
Change config options so if playerctl is installed compile with mpris
support.
