Hi Craig,

Your plan for a small portable TW loom looks good and I am anxiously
awaiting your report back after the weekend. I probably won't be able to get
my husband to construct one such as yours before I leave but I certainly
will keep your description for future needs.
I am leaning towards a backstrap method for weaving on the plane . I managed
to once, on a very long car trip, by securing the distant end of the warp in
the closed glove compartment and I sat in the back seat with the seat in
front down as far as it would go. It worked although I seem to remember
having some tension problems. It was not a work of art just workable.

I too have one of Peter's wonderful linen belts which I cherish above all
else.
