A footnote on missed-hole with an asymmetric threading: When I made a band with three threads in four-hole tablets, I realised that the tablets wouldn't always line up in a neat pack. The tablets want to sit at different angles to the warp threads depending on where the empty hole falls. This may be obvious to an experienced weaver, but it took me by surprise.
