Hello all, my wife and me discussed a question concerning translation of some terminology: In Egon Hansen's "Tablet Weaving" we found the "repp structure". In German we know a "Ripsbindung" as a term of a handweaving twill. As we are not totally sure if this is the same (or technically nearly the same), we are not that familiar with handweaving terms - does anybody know and can help us?
