Yet another version of GTT... this one does not work properly under Windows 95, but if you really want a 95 version, let me know and I'll try to fix one up. Version 1.11 Updates: - Consolidated the various tool buttons into a toolbar at the top of the main window, instead of repeating them on each design form. - Broken Twill Designer: Added tool button for realigning the pattern after it has been shifted up or down. Due to offset between patten blocks, shifting an image by two steps will always work fine but shifting it one step will cause the pattern to become misaligned. This can be fixed by clicking on the 'Realign Pattern' button. Note that if the pattern is shifted down, then realigned, this has the effect of a diagonal move, ie the pattern is also shifted to the right. - Added option for saving images in GIF format. - Added option in the Settings menu for changing the default background colour of the pattern designers. - Added option to threaded-in and double-face pattern designers for saving the pattern as a simple text file. This can be done by clicking on the Save button and selecting the 'Text' option from the File Type list. The text file includes the turning sequence as well as a threading chart; colours are represented by a letter for each different colour. - Added an option for copying the image in the designer to the clipboard. - Changed the layout of the weaving image slightly. The current position of the cursor and the image rotation are now displayed in a status panel below the image. This applies also to the image of the reverse side of the band. - Included the pattern image when printing a brocade design. - Fixed a bug in the brocade designer that caused the name and notes to be lost when loading a pattern. - Fixed a minor bug in the font generator that caused the twist direction to be displayed incorrectly in the character designer. - Added option to the designers for displaying the card and pick numbers as part of the pattern image. The image needs to be shown at a certain minmimum zoom factor before the number can be displayed. - Added option to the weaving image for displaying the threading of the cards. This can be used together with the card and pick number display to show the complete weaving chart for a pattern. See Appendix B4 in the updated manual. - Fixed a bug in the weaving image that caused idling cards to be treated as backward turns when the turning direction was shown as coloured blocks. Idling cards are now shown as grey blocks. - Added options under Settings | General for changing the colours in which long floats of 3, 4, and 5 picks are shown. - Added a tool for hiding the card list in the threaded-in and double-face design forms, so that more space for the actual design is available.
