There's a greeting card company doing a rather creative spin on spam.
It installs a program on visitors' computers to allow them to read
its e-cards, but the program also automatically spams all their
Outlook address book contents with a similar card and sends them to
porn sites. The bad thing is, its all "legal" because its in the
user agreement you have to click through to read the ecard.
There is also the problem that if you agree to the terms, then you
may be guilty of sending spam through your ISP
(no really, its true)

Interestingly, not all anti-virus companies are even calling it a virus.
