I like to float the idea that we have a one-day retreat, either before
or after Convergence. A model for this would be the complex weavers
conference which is usully held in the area right after
Convergence. Has anybody thought along those lines? What do you think?

it's great to hear from you and it's even better to see that you are
planning ahead.
Here is an idea (but please don' ask me to organize this). Several
people felt that we card weavers did not really have enough time to get
to know each other inspite of the meeting and the demo time.
