Sponsored by TWIST - Tablet Weavers International Studies & Techniques Hello all, My name is Kathleen Ashcraft from Alabama, USA and I just subscribed. I have minimal experience in TW. I taught myself, what little I know, from Candace Crockett's book. I have woven a few pieces. Experimented some, wondered where I went wrong on others, enjoyed it all, and gotten a friend hooked on it also. I find the whole process fascinating. I have ordered Peter Collingwood's book and will be getting others soon. I know that his book is probably over my head right now, but I hope it will not be for long. From reading the archives, Peter Collingwood, Nancy Spies and Linda Hendrickson are the most recommended authors on the subject. I intend to get as many of these as possible. I love books. Are there any others that would be of interest and assistance in my learning more about this craft that anyone can recommend or are there some that should really be avoided?
I look forward to being on the list. Have a great day all, Kathleen Alabama Send private reply to xagira <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop receiving tabletweaving (not tabletweaving-digest), send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: unsubscribe tabletweaving.
