There are a couple of errors on the Prospectus for our exhibition.
The Flat Fee should say $15.00 where it says $10.00 and there is no
place put your Name and Address.
So you can either use the prospectus you received with your journal
with the knowledge that the Flat Entry Fee is $15.00 and put your
Name, Address, Phone and E-mail on each entry form OR you can print
out this pdf file and use it.
