Are the funnel-shaped cups woven flat and then shaped (with a seam) or
are they tubular tablet weave?  Is the warp vertical or circumferential?

(The photo is not detailed enough to see the structural details---the
shine makes it look like the warp is circumferential and the weft is
vertal, with excess weft used to make "splashes", but it would be nice
to know for sure.)
