Greetings!

Hard to believe that it's been almost a year since I added cardweaving to my
long list of hobbies! Though I've not worked on it as much as I'd have
liked, I've done quite a few things and have really, really enjoyed it and
hope to continue on for a looong time.

I've been contemplating my next few projects and I find myself at an
impasse... I'm not sure what fiber to use. Thus far I've worked with #10
pearl crochet cotton (and similar weight) and regular sewing-thread. I
really like both, the nice heavy 'belts' from the cotton, the very fine
ribbons from the sewing thread. Now I'd like to "split the difference",
more substantial than standard sewing thread, not so heavy as the #10, and
I'm not sure what I'm looking for....

Any ideas? Keywords to keep an eye open for? Suggestions on where to
shop? (I'm in Saint Louis, Missouri)

Thanks for any insight!
