[Tacos-devel] New mailing list/maven 2

Viktor created a new mailing list that will contain all of the cvs/wiki changes emails, if you are interested in seeing those subscribe to the "tacos-changes" mailling list.

I've also started converting tacos over to maven2 for site/build/etc generation. There are still a couple kinks to work out but it's mostly working. I will re-deploy the public facing site when everything is completed.
