superb. I would fix it myself but I'm not sure if it is really a bug
or my mistake and if yes it might be this javascript scope thingy
which is quite tricky and for sure easier to solve with some more
insight in the library (and I have to confess I lost a little bit the
track of developement during the last month ;-)). But if you are
looking into it you might consider bug 28 which has a fix for the
exludeToolbar parameter. It's the same method and easier to apply
before a change.
