Jetty launcher has a problem if you have the hivemind.jar in the WEB-INF\lib directory AND in the classpath as it then is somehow doubled. I don't have jetty launcher installed on my eclipse at work but try to modify the configuration of your jettylauncher RUN environment (the one you get when you select Run->Run->your configuration). Simply remove the libs from the classpath as they will be picked up automatically as long as they are in WEB-INF\lib. At least this was they how I could solve the problem.
