No, it's a 3 weeks old trunk of dojo.

I guess it's about time - but perhaps we can wait for their 0.3 release
which will happen real soon... In the meantime, you could use their trunk,
couldn't you? Or even better, place it in a js/dojoTrunk folder and update
your Border component (or similar) and your djConfig variable to use that.
