Incidentally, for easier debugging, do the following:
DOn't link to dojo.j, link to dojo.js.uncompressed.js
And instead of using dojo.require("dojo.widget.Fisheye") use a script tag:
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/dojo/src/widget/FisheyeList.js"></script>
This will cause javascript to deliver meaningful line numbers when it
encounters an error, making it much easier to figure out what is
broken.

Try it now Peter. The dojo devs just added a fix that might make your
problems go away. You'd have to use a dojo version freshly built from svn
though.
