Tacos comes bundled with the right version of dojo already (in the downloadable zip as a directory at least, don't know if it's being bundled in the real sense that t4.1 does it yet ), so you shouldn't even have to worry about it. Just download and use the one it gives you.

This is also the safest route to go as you know it's working off the exact version tacos has been testing with. Dojo releases don't come out often enough to make using exact versions very realistic most of the time..
