This is probably the same issue as in Bug130 but this time with AjaxEventSubmits.
AjaxLinkSubmits work fine in 4.0.1, but generated AjaxEventSubmits are still posted twice. AjaxEventSubmits that were initially part of the page send only one post request for itself.
