I have just checked out the source code of tacos 4.1 using subversion. I have noticed in the source code of
net.sf.tacos.components.tree.Tree.java, it references IKeyProvider and IKeyProvider can not be found. However, IKeyProvider is in package net.sf.tacos.model within tacos-core:4.1.0-20070205.074945-15.jar The online source repository http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tacos/tacos-4.1/trunk/tacos-core/src/java/net/sf/tacos/ does not have the package net.sf.tacos.model as well.
