well - sorry for not giving details - we still need to finish & release 
the maven plugin, but
here's what you can do:

-) Checkout tacos source
svn co 
https://tacos.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tacos/tacos-4.1/trunk/tapdoc 
tapdoc

-) enter the new folder and do
mvn install
