Also highway/railway=crossing. The highway=ford tag depends on at least two parent ways. The traffic_calming tags mostly depend on ways to be fully defined. However, none of them, as far as I know, depend on the *direction* of the way on which they are defined. Now, arguably, I don't really know that "incline" as applied to a node is meant to be directional in the first place. The information is useful regardless of direction, though it's of course more useful if a direction is also included.
