It's only you projecting your frustration with someones tagging style. before 
even discussing such a topic for interactive edits we definitely should start 
to clean more imports. Fredrick cleaned already parts of tiger import but there 
are many more ...
actually I made one mistake because the original start of the thread was to 
create a maxspeed=freeway tag which is full off implicit meaning and can be 
understood only by looking up rules of a country/state/county … If this is 
needed to use the data then we can omit it altogether because the implicit info 
can and must be used already if maxspeed isn't tagged at all.
