The fashion in the UK is now to impose 20mph speed limits on each and every street, rather than create zones with entries/exits. It amounts to much the same thing in the end, but it means that we simply put:
maxspeed=20 mph+maxspeed:note=Oxford 20 mph zone (the whole city is a 20mph zone except for a handful of main roads outside the centre) I'm not really clear what is the value of tagging a "zone", except in a note. Why not just use the standard maxspeed tag?
