Thanks for that. I fully support the change to emergency=phone but reverting
seems appropriate until we have the renderer support behind the move.
I also think that amenity=police should change to emergency=police_station
and amenity=fire_station should change to emergency=fire_station
But before we do a mass change, we'd better have the renderer set up to show
them, otherwise we'll have a period of time when all the police and fire
stations disappear from the map.
