+1 IMHO all those charity (or other) services run by religious institutions should not be tagged landuse=religous. What about church administration? Living in Rome, this is a question of importance for my mapping, they occupy huge areas here. Actually I don't like landuse religous at all. We are also lacking landuse for all other administrations (governmental, NGO, etc.) that are not commercial (or would you recommend to tag these all landuse=commercial?).
