There is tracks for instance, which have a legal designation where in
some german "states" imply restrictions, in other not. But the
existence of British byways is not a good reason IMHO to reinvent the
wheel for footways, cycleways and bridleways as well. There is already
2 alternative ways to tag these (path and foot/cycle/bridleway), I
feel we don't need a third one.
