Just started looking at it, and I was confused by PSV (though now I
know). Perhaps expand the acronym and provide a link to a detailed
definition, i.e. the access page. These aren't common where I live,
though it's good to know how to tag them!
It's the same as bus lanes, but for wider variety of public vehicles
(includes taxi). Check those pages:
