Hello, I've proposed a tag for buffered bicycle lanes, it is intended to refine cycleway=lane and to be used only in conjunction with that tag. See the proposal here<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:lane%3Dbuffered>, any feedback is appreciated.
