The value for building key should be the type of the building, not its current use. A church remians church even after islam takes over and its used as a mosque or vice versa (Pécs). Villa is different from apartments or bungalow, but all are usually used for residential purposes. There are poly-functional buildings that contain part of everything and should have separate type.
