This is the point where I think it would be worth to start prefixing the
expression by "access" (I would use the chance of the new proposal). The
fact that access is omitted, has mainly historical reasons. hgv=yes
actually is just a shortcut for access:hgv=yes, which would be more
consistent with the remaining tagging system, e.g. maxspeed:hgv.
access:(Mo-Fr 06:00-09:00)=yes
access:female=no
...
instead of
(Mo-Fr 06:00-09:00)=yes
female=no
