Hmmm...there might be differences. If it is only a private canteen, I 
wouldn't tag them as restaurant. But there are also canteens, which are 
accessible for all, but some people gets a discount. These I would tag 
as a restaurant, because you get typical normal food (of course it is 
also fast) and no typical fast food.
