ok, so it is about usage, not about architectural typology, right? You could
add this tag also for a dwelling under a bridge or for a dwelling in a church?

I'd prefer to stick to established tags like building:use complemented by the
floors it applies to, AFAIR like proposed in the 3D section of the wiki

yes, this is understood
IMHO also with this new tag we'd still need (or better have) a (or more)
suggested landuse values for different kind of mixes
