I will remove it from the "map features" page. Radius can be
calculated from the way geometry. It has been used 7 times by one

I suppose the logic is to say "what is the largest turning radius
that can turn around at this point", but it does make more sense to
calculate it from the way geometry instead.

I see your point. Yes, there might be some usefulness to this tag after
all. This is one that probably would not be displayed on map tiles, but
might be of use to specialized routing software.
