In the Netherlands, mainly amenity=coffee_shop and amenity=coffeeshop
are in use. Probably these names are not internationally usable, so I
would support retagging them to shop=marijuana. There are two issues.
First, advertisement for soft drugs is not allowed in the Netherlands.
I don't know whether a tag shop=marijuana would or would not violate
this law. Second, Dutch-style coffeeshops would rather fit in the
amenity than in the shop key, as consumption on site is allowed.
