LOL, yes — there will always be exceptions that do not perfectly fit the general description. Some of them are high, and therefore might be used as a landmark, others might be of interest to tourists and religious persons, so tagging them is certainly worthwhile. I don't know what is best for those particular structures but I have an opinion.
I would use man_made=bell_cage for the shorter ones and man_made=tower, tower:type=bell_tower for the taller ones. If the structure has a roof, or otherwise has normal height to width dimensions at its base, add building=yes as well. Many on the Polish images page look like man_made structures to hold bells and my my choice for those is man_made=bell_cage, but each one must be evaluated and tagged individually. I would tag the Greek example with man_made=tower, tower:type=bell_tower.
