The goal is to extend route relations to other winter sports along
with a piste:type=whatever tag.
While route=ski is straightforward, this extension is good for
snowshoeing, for instance, and make sense with the pistemap tags.
There is no particular goal to re-tag route=ski relations, but just to
remove the 'proposal' state of this tag used on 1207 relations so far.
