Hi
I want to check the intended usage of Forward & Backward within route
relations. My understanding is as stated in the wiki:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Route#Members.
However, a user has added the same bus relation twice to a way to
indicated that the vehicle goes along the road once as it travels from A
to B & again as it travels back from B to A.:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/4291461#map=18/51.29155/-2.44765. Note
it's also been added twice to the two way road adjacent.

This is incorrect usage, isn't it?
