It is strange and confusing - how key is supposed to be used without
any valid values?
I've given 'suggestions' ... I cannot predict what values may be given
to it, discussed, approved or simply added by mappers.
The simple question is ..
should there be a 'master' key for waste that is not a value of another key
OR
continue populating the amenity= key with 'waste' values
Yes or No?
