A recent proposal I promoted turns out to have a flaw. It's amenity=sanitary_dump_station. Despite fairly extensive discussion on this list, apparently nobody with a boating background had a good look at the proposal. The flaw only came to light as tagging started.

I've consolidated another dozen. I've messaged a number of prolific mappers of marine stations, and have good agreement on retagging.
