Info is routinely in two places, e.g. building and associatedStreet, to cope with software or people that do not support one of the places.
This is exactly the case.
(and if you look for "DE", "FR" etc, it's more than two places)

Another major OSM bug ! Buildings should have no more data than name/number with regard to addressing as all the rest of the address should be available elsewhere.
It seems that you did not understand that an address must include the street name because it's not obvious to which street a building belongs.
