While the names are confusing, the concepts seem to be: 1) Hitching racks for temporarily restraining a dog. 2) A place for unleashed dog play and socialization. 3) Place to obtain dog waste bags. 4) Pet service areas, including a dedicated place for pets to defecate, possibly indoors. This is not just for dogs.
Plus 5) Kennels and other pet boarding centers. 6) Shops with food and supplies.
