Similar equivalence sections are present in the wiki pages for trunk and primary, tertiary (but only for two countries) They are missing for lower levels of highways, but they are sometimes given in the language-specific pages. You will find them in the DE and FR pages for "secondary" and, less well-defined, for "tertiary" Below that level things become even more variegated and country-specific Then I find country-specific pages like http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Attributierung_von_Stra%C3%9Fen_in_Deutschland http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Switzerland/Map_Features which cover all highway levels, I would see this as work in progress, which needs completing on the wiki side.
