yes, you could ask any of those wood working people e.g. to make a handrail for 
a staircase, or to make the stairs, and they might all accept, but execution 
quality will be tremendously different (but also execution time and pricing).

Usually you will have different people/companies for rough wood work and for 
the finer woodwork. Even if a company offers all of these, they will likely 
have different teams for the execution.
