No OSM wiki page...

It may be best to tag as;

leisure=park

park=parklet

As a parklet is simply a small park. This tagging will get it rendered, contain 
the information and be 'structured' for those that like that system.

is this from the OSM wiki or from wikipedia? The wikipedia article seems
citing/adding a lot of "requirements" from specific city projects (like San
Francisco), that might not be wanted in a "generic" tag (if we are to add a
specific tag for something like this). Also, there are some contradictions
within the same article, e.g. this one doesn't satisfy the requirement to be
on the street (it is on the pavement):
