I believe that landmark=yes/<user defined> would be suitable, e.g. landmark=church, landmark=tower, landmark=beacon / lighthouse, etc. This might also be used for natural landmarks eventually (e.g. particular rock formations) or for monumental advertising, ... cheers, Martin
