These reserve called areas looking like greens or parks, dont have any logic in or being connected thus left open for transport of any kind. They seem to be left overs, but they are all over Longwarrin (au) Signed with access=yes, motor cycles= no, closed with a gate. So your hint park seems allright. Greetz Ps but yould better ask this at the local council or City Hall, just to be shure.
