actually it is not about tagging the kind of waste.

I looket up amenity=waste_disposa, it is for big trash bins. What I look
for is kind of a small landfill where residents can dump their garden
waste. At the moment I think using a small area with landuse=landfill
and recycling:green_waste woud fit best.
