+1 I really like this idea; it fixes the issue of using brownfield/greenfield, which imply "slated for future development". My suggestion including landuse=grass comes from JOSM presets. Should we change these to natural=grass or similar? I agree that it doesn't belong in landuse=* unless there's some subtlety about landuse=grass that I'm missing. -- Shawn K.
