This is a small storefront operated by Goodwill for the express purpose of receiving donations. It isn't a full-blown Goodwill thrift store. I had this tagged previously as amenity=social_facility but JOSM's validator doesn't like this, and the more I think about it, I don't either. What to use instead? -- Shawn K.
