I cannot find anything on the DHL about letters, only about parcels. And also the price, it costs at least 4 EUR for sending a parcel to a shop, 6 EUR for home delivery. Sending a letter via regular post (which might take longer to be delivered) is cheaper. Of course this can change in the future and maybe one day there is no difference anymore. But now there is a IMHO a clear difference in Belgium.
